Daily log of material covered in class and assigned homework
There will be a graded homework assignment of 3-4 problems each week. Some of these problems may coincide with daily problems from the previous week. Homework will generally be due on Fridays.
You are encouraged to work on the homework in groups, although each student should submit a separate set of solutions. (Please indicate which other students you collaborated with, if any.) Class participation and discussion will be an important component of your grade.
A daily log of assigned readings, problems for in-class discussion, homework assignments, and dates of exams, etc. can be found here .
