Activities
Julian Palmore served from 2005 to 2007 as director of the UI's program in arms control, disarmament and international security. He has participated during the past six years in many conferences at Wilton Park, an academically independent agency of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where he engaged in discussions on counterterrorism, missile defense proliferation, nuclear non-proliferation, and chemical/biological weapons. He is a member of the collegiate of the Centre for Defense and International Security Studies UK that publishes the international journal Defense & Security Analysis.
