I am a sixth year PhD student in Mathematics, graduating in May 2019. My advisor is Chris Leininger. My thesis work is in mapping class groups of surfaces (symmetries of surfaces) and Teichmüller space. I study Cannon-Thurston maps, the asymptotic behavior of geodesic rays in Teichmüller space, and hierarchically hyperbolic space (HHS) structures.

This summer I will start a post-doc at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the Center for Applied and Scientific Computing.

New preprints

  • Hierarchically hyperbolic groups are determined by their Morse boundary [pdf] (to appear in Geom. Dedicata)
  • Exotic limit sets of Teichmüller geodesics in the HHS boundary [pdf] , [arXiv] (to appear in Groups, Geometry, and Dynamics)

Recent publications

  • Non-existence of boundary maps for some hierarchically hyperbolic spaces, Algebr. Geom. Topol. 18 (2018), no. 1, 409-439. [pdf] , [arXiv]
