Javid Validashti

I received my Ph.D. from Purdue University under the direction of Bernd Ulrich in 2007.
My research interests are in commutative algebra and algebraic geometry
and in particular, multiplicities, integral dependence and equisingularity,
syzygies and singularities, and symbolic powers of ideals.
