I am third year Ph.D student in the department of mathematics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

My research area is algebraic number theory. Recently, I have been working on problems involving the deformation theory of Galois representations and p-adic Hodge theory. I also like problems about curves over finite fields. My advisor is Patrick Allen.

I previously received a B.A in Mathematics from Colorado College. On the right are some pictures of Altgeld Hall, which houses the Math department at UIUC.

Teaching

Here are two basic lists of tasks you will be expected to do (with relative ease!) on the Math 241 Midterms: Midterm 1 and Midterm 2.
