Verbosity -- control the level of information printed

Description

This optional argument indicates how much information should be given to the user. The possible values are:

• 0 (default) -- no information is printed.
• 1 -- minimal information (solver used, input/output files, status of the solver).
• 2 -- more detailed information (e.g., progress of the solver).

Functions with optional argument named Verbosity :

• "checkOptimize(...,Verbosity=>...)"
• "optimize(...,Verbosity=>...)"
