Inhomogeneous -- a Strategy option value

Description

Inhomogeneous -- a strategy used with the keyword Strategy.

This is the default Gröbner basis algorithm used if the submodule is inhomogeneous, and the ring is a (quotient of) a polynomial ring over a field.
