Description

Whether it is true the function macaulayExpansion gives the i-th shifted Macaulay expansion of a. Given a pair of positive integers (a,i) the i-th shifted Macaulay expansion is a sum of binomials: binomial(a_i,i+1) + binomial(a_{i-1},i) + ... + binomial(a_j,j+1).
