# LRnumber(...,Strategy=>...) -- strategy for computing the number of solutions to a Schubert problem

## Synopsis

• Usage:
LRnumber(...,Strategy=>S)
• Inputs:
• S, , "Schubert2", the default value, or "phc".

## Description

Determines which method to compute the number of solutions is created.

"Schubert2" uses the SchubertRings command from the package Schubert2 [default]

"phc" uses LRrule, the implementation of the geometric Littlewood-Richardson rule in PHCPack. This also requires the string parsing capabilities of Macaulay2 version 1.17 or later
