RandomRationalPoints :: IntersectionAttempts

IntersectionAttempts -- an option which controls how many linear intersections are attempted when looking for rational points

This option is used by randomPoints in some strategies to determine the maximum number of attempts to intersect with a linear space when looking for random rational points. Other functions pass this option through to randomPoints.
