# Section -- an option used in a number of functions

## Description

Used to specify a (global) section of an ideal or module, in order to construct an effective divisor.

## Functions with optional argument named Section :

• "divisor(...,Section=>...)" -- see divisor -- constructor for (Weil/Q/R)-divisors
• "embedAsIdeal(...,Section=>...)" -- see embedAsIdeal -- embed a module as an ideal of a ring
