LongPolynomial

Description

LongPolynomial -- a strategy used with the keyword Strategy.

Indicates that during computation of a Gröbner basis, the reduction routine will be replaced by one that will handle long polynomials more efficiently using "geobuckets", which accomodate the terms in buckets of geometrically increasing length. This method was first used successfully by Thomas Yan, graduate student in CS at Cornell.
